He and his entire staff are wholly dedicated to client service, and do whatever they can to make a transaction essentially effortless for the client, from inception of contract to Closing, regardless of the complexity of the file. Randal pursues this high level of client service while also maintaining rare civility - he has an uncanny ability to advocate for his clients while avoiding adversity between parties to a contract. He's simply one of the best.
