As the son of a Broker and a lifelong resident of eastern Collin County, Real Estate is my passion and my life. I have grown up in the Real Estate profession, receiving my Real Estate License in 1978, graduating from Texas A&M with a degree in Agricultural Economics with a Real Estate Appraisal Minor, and immediately going into business with my father, Bob Shinn, who started the business in 1967. "Bringing You to the Country is our Family Tradition" is more than a slogan, it is a way of life.
